






Blaich Cottage is a unique former crofters cottage, sympathetically restored to a beautiful self-catering holiday home. Nestling on the edge of your own private sixteen acre woodland, with waterfalls, streams, places to picnic and enjoy the hidden delights we have to offer.
Blaich Cottage is equipped to a high standard and has everything you would expect to find in a holiday cottage to ensure a memorable stay. Traditionally furnished, we aim to provide a relaxing ambience, with extra special touches.
Fully equipped kitchen, oil fired Rayburn, double gas hob, combination microwave/grill, slow cooker, filter coffee machine, fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster , dining table seating 6 people.
Lounge with double Futon (sleeps 2), chesterfield armchairs, television, heater, dvd/video player, sky digi freeview box, selection of dvds, videos, books, games, ordnance survey maps and local interest books, with walks and a good selection of information leaflets.
Bathroom with basin, toilet and bath with hand shower and wall heater.
Master bedroom with double oak bed and memory foam mattress (very comfortable!), double wardrobe, drawers and dressing table, comfortable leather chair, open fire with an unlimited supply of free logs.
2nd single bedroom with fitted single bed, duplo, childrens’ books and a selection of toys.
Large entrance hall with coat and shoe rack, rocking chair and not forgetting ‘Willy’ , our wall mounted stags head!
Front and back doors leading to the lovely gardens with loch and woodland views from every window.
Blaich Cottage is available all year round as the diverse and dramatic landscape of Lochaber has something to offer in every season. Whether you visit in winter, and catch sight of a leafy young sapling nestling in a hollow, listen to the ice cracking and melting on it’s tender boughs, or watch the stunning sunsets over Loch Eil in midsummer, you won’t ever stop marvelling at nature.
Stand in the bright sunshine and watch the mist rise above the loch and disappear into the mountains that adorn Lochaber.
